Rajasthan High Court eServices 2.9

1. Cause List can be viewed or downloaded by Court Number, Honorable Judge Name, Case Number, Advocate Name, Petitioner, or Respondent Name.

2. Live Display Board provides a comprehensive view of the cases being handled in all the Courts.

3. Filing & Defect Status of newly filed cases in the centralized filing section, indicating whether the case has been processed or is under defect, along with the listing date.

4. Case Status can be checked by Filing Number, Case Number, Advocate Name, or Party Name. Users can also view or download related Judgments/Orders.

5. Status of Certified Copies, such as under process, under defect, prepared, delivered, etc.

6. Judgments/Orders can be viewed or downloaded via various search parameters like Case Category, Date Range, Honorable Judge Name, Advocate Name, Party Name, and Bench Type.

7. Free Text Search allows users to search the content of Judgments/Orders using advanced search features: Exact - for searching an exact word or string; Any - to search all or any of the words including similar ones; All - for searching all words including similar ones possibly at different locations in the judgment/order; Boolean - advanced search using operators like AND for inclusion, OR for alternatives, and NOT for exclusion. The searched word or string will be highlighted in the judgment/order.

8. My Diary feature permits users to save preferred cases within their diary. The diary updates automatically when the app is first opened each day and can be manually updated using the Update All option at any time. Cases saved in My Diary can be searched by Party Name, Advocate Name, Case Number, Pending/Disposed status, or by date. In case of new Judgment/Order uploaded in any saved case after the last update, a 'New Judgment/Order' flag highlights it until tapped for details.

The aforementioned functionalities are accessible for both Rajasthan High Courts in Jodhpur and Jaipur. Users have the flexibility to select either court at any time and switch between them as needed.
